Providing support and education throughout pregnancy
Service Description
As your birth doula, I offer continuous, compassionate care through pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum. This package includes up to 16 hours of dedicated labor support, with the option to extend at an additional hourly rate if needed. What’s Included: • 11–2 Prenatal Appointments We’ll connect to discuss your birth preferences, explore comfort techniques, and prepare both your mind and body for labor. • Unlimited Text & Email Support From the time you book until four weeks postpartum, I’ll be available for questions, encouragement, and guidance. • 24/7 On-Call Support (Starting at 37 Weeks) I’ll be on call day and night from 37 weeks onward, ready to join you when labor begins. • Continuous Labor & Birth Support I’ll be by your side throughout labor, offering emotional reassurance, physical comfort, and informational support. I’ll stay 1–2 hours after birth to help you settle in and begin recovery. • 1 Postpartum Follow-Up Visit Within the first week, we’ll check in on your recovery, reflect on the birth, and discuss any questions or additional support needs. Every birth journey is unique, and my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and never alone.
